The more I research the American Revolution and early American history, the more I realize my history books growing up were fuzzy on the facts. Amazingly, I still think John Adams was a fairly decent person. Here's an inspiring quote from him: "Let us tenderly and kindly cherish, therefore, the means of knowledge. Let us dare to read, think, speak, and write."
