How are wine, hobbits, and sticky notes related?

Well, they all play a role in my interview with Laura Stanfill on her blog series, Seven Questions:

I hope it's as much fun to read as it was to answer the questions! Laura has a knack for coming up with great things to ask about--thanks, Laura!
(Besides, wine and hobbits are naturally connected, right? The sticky notes might be a little bit of a stretch...:)

  1. Lovely interview. I adore HF for all the reasons you outlined and yours sound fascinating. It's great to know another compulsive outliner and one who is not afraid to call her work literary. Brava!

  2. Thanks for doing the interview, Faith! I had so much fun asking you questions and learning more about your work and your process. And I agree with Vijaya about your calling your work literary. I went through some soul searching when I was told writing historical fiction wasn't literary--it was genre. But of course it can be both! And you're doing it.
